DESCRIPTION:
 VIP Systems, Inc., Miami is offering a challenging and exciting opportunity for an experienced Material Handler in the Low Voltage Technology Industry. We are seeking a qualified candidate that is focused on project success and exceeding all expectations. Qualified candidates must be able to perform all duties listed below safely and follow all of the company’s safety procedures.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Valid Drivers License as the position calls for 50% travel. • Operating motorized equipment including forklift • Able to lift 50 pounds plus. • Maintains warehouse in a clean and orderly condition. • Works from freight bills and packing lists from incoming trucks to process supplies, materials and equipment. • Performs routine preventive maintenance such as changing fuel cells or making minor repairs and or adjustments on mobile or other material handling equipment. • Receives, counts, visually inspects, and verifies parts numbers on supplies, material and equipment. • Packs and unpacks materials; weighing and placing proper postage on packages or cartons. • Loads and unloads trucks and carriers manually and/or with lift trucks. Other duties may be assigned. • Furniture Assembly/furniture delivery or carpentry • Quality Control (Important) • Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints. • Punch list execution • Customer Service experience

REQUIREMENTS
• Management and leadership skill set. • High School Diploma or equivalent combined education and experience. • Writing and general math, ability to complete daily paperwork. • A minimum of two years’ work experience • License to operate mobile vehicles and Forklift certification. • Effective and professional communication and organization skills. • Ability to perform very repetitive work and sit for extended periods of time while operating fork truck. Able to step up on fork truck several times per shift and lift 25‐50 lbs up to 30 times per hour. • Ability to take initiative once familiar with scope of work and company requirements. • Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email, Excel and Microsoft Office software.
