1099 Contract Work for 1 month at Brickell City Center – Downtown Miami

. VIP Systems, Inc., Miami is offering challenging and exciting career opportunities for Drywall/Finishing Experts. We are seeking qualified candidates that are focused on project success and exceeding customer expectations. Qualified candidates must be able to perform all duties listed below safely and follow all of the company’s safety procedures.



Must Have advanced skill/knowledge in the following:


• Finishing
• Back framing
• Patchwork
• Mud work
• Sanding & Painting

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• In addition to finishing must be advanced in Back framing, Patchwork, Mud work, Sanding & Painting. 
• Perform general construction labor to include jobsite clean-up and moving of materials by hand. 
• Operating motorized equipment including power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts. 
• Work requires alert individuals with good balance and physical strength.
• Able to lift 50 pounds plus.
• Able to work off a ladder/lift
• Available for all shifts



REQUIREMENTS:


MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS- WE WILL SUPPLY THE LADDERS!
• Must be able to successfully pass a urinalysis.
• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds of material.
• Frequently walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing.
• Frequent use of hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Required, safety gear, steel toed boots, hard hat, vest and safety goggles.

 All candidates must be willing to submit to any job related background check, medical exam.
